• Event interest form — your name, email, company, role, location, approximate revenue band, event interests, and any free-text comments.
• Enquiry form — your name, email, company, website, the nature of your enquiry, and your message.

How we use it

We use this information to send our monthly newsletter, respond to enquiries, manage event registrations and communications, and understand how visitors reach us (for example, tagging which page a newsletter signup came from).

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for newsletter and marketing communications, and on legitimate interest for responding to enquiries and event registrations you initiate.

Who we share it with

We use Mailchimp to manage newsletter subscriptions and sends. We use a secure form-handling service to manage event and enquiry submissions. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We don't currently use cookies or analytics tracking on this site. We plan to introduce Google Analytics in future to help us understand site usage; if we do, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to respond to your enquiry, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@foundersherpa.net. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office ( ico.org.uk) if you believe your data hasn't been handled properly.
